The challenge was to evolve the Randstad brand worldwide to appeal more to people instead of corporations, further elevating their Human Forward brand promise.

We analysed all components of the visual identity, revised its hierarchy and enhanced it where necessary. Updating the photography art direction and the illustration motion principles for a more humancentric experience. And introducing a responsive design system, solving their accessibility and legibility challenge across all communication assets.
This all resulted in an evolved brand identity that fully embodies their brand promise: Human Forward.
